Mulled Wine Collorelle

A shell of biscuit dough filled with mulled wine and almonds: this is one of the oldest varieties of this typical Caltagirone dessert. The intense flavour of mulled wine is sweetened by this typical Sicilian pastry


Biscuit: 00 flour, milled durum wheat semolina, lard, sugar, water, flavorings.

Filling: mulled wine, honey, water, milled durum wheat semolina, almonds.

Without palm oil. May contain traces of soy, nuts.
