Pistachio Collorelle

A shell of biscuit dough encloses a soft filling of almond paste and pistachio.
This is a more recent variety of this typical Sicilian dessert.


Biscuit: 00 flour, milled durum wheat semolina, lard, sugar, water, flavorings.

Filling: almonds 33%, sugar, sweet almonds, pistachio paste, soy, modified potato starch, preservative E202, salt.

Without palm oil. May contain traces of soy, nuts.
